Leslie Sarony CD

ALeslie Sarony
Wheezy Anna (VAR11)

Leslie Sarony had huge popularity during the 1930s with his self penned compositions. As well as appearing on stage, Leslie Sarony made many records both under his own name and as an un-named vocalist often with Jack Hylton's Orchestra.

The CD includes some tracks from the beginning of Leslie Sarony's recording career which lead into the more typical fare of Rhymes and his most remembered number Ain't it grand to be bloomin well dead.
